Have you ever struggled to redeem the time, thinking, “Is there something more profitable that I could be doing?” Our time can be spent unwisely and disappear on the unnecessary things if our priorities are not where they should be.
I really appreciate Anna Sofia’s post, “Am I wasting my life?” where she shares how they decide what they will do with their time by asking questions about the task in question. In the post she writes:
“A Christian doesn’t want to do something just for the personal enjoyment she gets out of it — she wants to serve others. Thus our endeavors, whether entrepreneurial or ministry, should be driven by the needs of others, rather than by our own interests. When we find ourselves feeling aimless and purposeless, it’s time to move our focus back to His kingdom interests, and lay our personal desires and dreams and hobbies on the altar.“
It is our natural sinful tendency to gravitate towards doing the things that we desire, rather than making the sacrifices to do the things that are of eternal significance.
I encourage you to go and read the article, I think you will be encouraged.
“Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.” – James 4:14

Hello!
My brother-in-law is wondering what kind of lences do you use to take your pictures? He is blowned away by the results and as an amateur photographer, he’s very curious ! As soon as I have a minute (I’m at work), I’ll read Anna Sophia’s post.

Hi Emily Rose,
Thank you for an encouraging read! My pastor encouraged every one in our church to record every 15 minuets what they accomplish for one day. It is amazing how much time we waste.
Hope to hear from you soon!
