I don't think that I have ever swallowed anything like that before, but my video school teacher told a story about how she once swallowed a NAIL! It was stuck in her throat for a seconds until it went down. For the next two weeks, she had to go to the doctor's office in the morning and evening so the doctor's could monitor its passage.
